1. Scope of Application

1.2 The Seller specializes in custom-made and personalized products, including T-shirts, hoodies, and caps.
1.3 A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB – German Civil Code).
1.4 A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when entering into a legal transaction (§ 14 BGB).

2. Contract Formation

2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to place an order.
2.2 By submitting an order, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart.
2.3 The Seller may accept the Customer’s offer within 5 days by sending an order confirmation via email or by dispatching the goods.

5.5 Return Costs and Processing Fee for Custom Orders:

• The Customer bears the costs of returning the goods.

• For returns of custom-made products, a processing fee of €24.99 applies.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 The statutory warranty rights apply.
6.2 The Seller is only liable for willful misconduct and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

7. Retention of Title

Until full payment has been received, the goods remain the property of the Seller.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
8.2 Changes to these T&C must be made in writing.
